As a fan of the original zero brief, I have been hoping for an addition/upgrade to the zero family for a while. I was not a fan of the zero+ at first glance, but the chance to try out the recover line for the first time was tempting. The advertised deeper pouch, added security both front and back, and the laser cut edges made me pull the trigger and I ordered one of each color, sizing down to medium, as I normally would.
They are actually fantastic! The deeper pouch is a welcome upgrade from the original zeroes, and the + definitely stays in place more reliably than the original ( at least as far as keeping high friction/sweat areas separated.) The laser cut edges are nearly entirely imperceptible while still holding up to the stretch/body heat and overall the support is solid. They work great as daily wear, and I’d love to have several more to sleep in. I even tried them at the gym and they were awesome there too!
I honestly think AWM nailed what they were going for with the zero+. 4 stars here because the zero+ is very good, but I think AWM’s best ‘zero’ is still to come. Keep up the good work!

The aspire zero brief is my go-to for pretty much everything, so when these came out I was pretty excited. Just a bit more coverage and a more comfortable waistband sounded great. But the waistband rolls down on me and the back has a tendancy to roll up. I wore and washed a few times to be sure. Worst, modest movement had my stuff falling out. Maybe it would have been better in that regard if I sized down to a small instead of my usual medium, but at aswemove prices I don't want to find out. I'll just stick with the aspire.
