Hi Ali. Glad the medium is working better for you fit-wise. The Aspire Long Boxer Brief does have a higher rise profile compared to some of our other styles, which is part of the design to provide that longer coverage through the torso. We totally understand that the waistband placement isn't going to hit the sweet spot for everyone though, as rise preference is really personal and depends on your torso proportions and where you prefer things to sit. Your feedback on the waistband height is helpful as we think about the rise balance across different styles in the Aspire line. If you're open to trying a different cut, some of our other boxer briefs have a lower rise that might give you that same comfort and performance but with the waistband positioning that feels more natural for you.
