I just ordered my second pair.
I absolutely love the briefs. Very soft and extremely flattering albeit VERY overpriced. Holy smokes they're expensive. But if you have $50 that you don't mind dropping on some underwear, look no further.
My biggest issue came with the company's inability to cancel an order less than two minutes after I placed it. Auto-fill on my phone filled in the wrong delivery address and I didn't realize it until I received the purchase confirmation. There's no customer service phone number, so I immediately sent an email requesting that the order be canceled. They emailed back a few minutes later to inform me that the process had started and that I was out of luck.
So, someone in a house in Kentucky (a state where I no longer live) just received some mystery underwear and I'm out $53. Very disappointing.

It seems the last two purchases of aspire sport briefs have had a size change. Previously, I’d always purchased size L…however, last two orders were much smaller….seemed more like a a size and a half smaller. I didn’t realize this until I had opened the package and tried them on. First purchase that was smaller…I opened both pair…which made them ineligible for return…thinking perhaps the first pair was mislabeled. Both were substantially smaller. I made another purchase and discovered the same size change but luckily, only opened one pair. They did exchange the unopened pair for a larger size..thank you! Now..the xl is almost too large but…using them to save travel space and weight…they’re wearable. Still love the product….Just would have liked to be alerted to the changes.
