You may return or exchange one opened pair within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked.

If your first order included multiple pairs, we strongly recommend trying on just one pair to confirm your fit before opening the rest.

Unopened pairs are eligible for return or exchange within the same 30-day window.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on additional opened underwear.

Aspire Base T

Aspire Base T’s may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unwashed, unworn, and has its original stickers attached in its original packaging.

If you’ve worn or washed the item and feel it didn’t perform as expected, you may still be covered under our Performance Guarantee.
